Tian means sky or universe. Yuan symbolizes completeness, unity, and positive results.
Tian Yuan is an important foundational method in Yuan Gong, in particular for improving your energy levels or your qi condition. It can be seen as the beginning of creating a better, healthier, and happier life through development and growth.
In this 4 week course we will cover the method movements, mind activity, preparation, and an introduction to the theory behind the method.
